Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and service-focused Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel-related services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and providing reliable support throughout the travel planning process.
You will work directly with clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience from inquiry through travel completion.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online communication
- Provide assistance with travel questions, reservations, and general support
- Share accurate information about destinations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain professional and timely communication
