Regional Service Coordinator

• Salary up to $65,000 per year based on experience

• Coordinate vehicle services (maintenance, body work, inspections, reconditioning) to ensure readiness for dispatch
• Maintain accurate and timely updates within internal systems for clear communication across stakeholders
• Collaborate with on‑site teams and regional operations to support customer satisfaction and SLA adherence
• Monitor service execution and provide feedback to leadership on service gaps, risks, or failures
• Analyze service reports to identify efficiency opportunities and process improvements

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience using Windows systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

• Experience with transportation or logistics software
• Self‑motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally across multiple levels of the organization
• Strong logistical and geographic awareness
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical thinking skills
