We are a fast-growing landscaping company based in Pace, FL, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is fully remote with possibilities to come in the office once or twice a week.

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, values precision, and confidently manages conversations and workflows inside CRM. If you thrive on structure, take ownership of your work, and enjoy turning leads into booked appointments, we’d love to hear from you.

• Call, answer, and text leads to schedule appointments
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
• Follow up on proposals already sent to clients
• Manage conversations inside provided CRM
• Accurately update pipelines, tags, notes, and lead statuses (will be taught)
• Follow up until leads are booked or disqualified
• Maintain organized and accurate CRM records ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Communicate with the internal team
• Cold calls to try and secure potential leads

• 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace (REQUIRED)
• Dependable and consistent
• Landscaping knowledge is a plus but not required
• Experience with Go High Level CRM preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Notices small details others may miss
• Available full-time Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
• Willing to complete a remote skills assessment before hiring

• $14–$18/hour based on experience
