• Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens and systems while communicating with customers
• Proficient typing skills of 30-45 words per minute
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

• Relevant experience in banking or financial services
• Experience with data entry and professional writing abilities
