• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aptitude for conflict resolution and negotiation
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous work environment
• Experience with account management systems or technology
