Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 5:00pm-10:00pm | Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Fully remote but must live locally

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $22.00/hr

What YOU Will Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work in a team environment
• Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
• Scheduling and routing of technicians
• Coordinate the correct skilled technicians to the right service calls
• Handle customer service requests and issues, collaborate with department management on customer satisfaction solutions and strategies
• Help others and feel great doing it!

What We Need from YOU:

• 2 years of dispatch experience minimum
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to prioritize tasks
• Service Titan experience a major plus!
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
