We are a premier provider in the Tourism/Destination sector. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for Coordinators with a passion for hospitality. If you have a background in travel, guest services, or tourism and want to transition into a professional in the Travel/Tourism Sector, and operate on a flexible, independent basis, allowing for full autonomy over your schedule and workflow, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

This position is 100% remote. As a Coordinator, you will be the "concierge" for professional clients. You will manage high-level service requests, coordinate destination logistics, and ensure every client receives a world-class experience. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who understands the "white-glove" standard of the hospitality industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

Act as a dedicated point of contact for luxury destination and client service accounts.

Facilitate seamless communication between vendors and clients to ensure itinerary accuracy.

Proactively identify service enhancements to improve the clients journey.

Manage a high volume of coordination tasks with professional poise and accuracy.

Compensation & Flexibility:

Structure:
We utilize a professional service‑fee model. This performance‑based structure allows our coordinators to earn based on their individual efficiency and the volume of successful service deliveries.

Remote Workflow:
This role is designed for a remote setup. While we are hiring from the Dallas market to maintain regional alignment, the daily operations are performed from your professional home office or anywhere you choose, as long as you have a device and wi‑fi services.
