Customer Service Support Representative; Remote

• Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, and patients
• Resolve routine customer requests related to products or services via inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities required

• Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
• Current or previous experience with the employer
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital
• Experience with  and/or Laboratory Information Systems
