This is a part-time, evening shift ideal for candidates seeking remote project work within a structured, metrics‑driven environment.
Position Details
Type:
Contract (Approx. April-July)
Workplace: 100% Remote
Pay: $20/hour
Shifts:
Mon-Thurs: 6 PM - 11 PM EST
Saturday: 12 PM - 6 PM EST
Full attendance for training is required. Training follows the same schedule.
Job Responsibilities
+ Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls using an autodialer system (goal: ~30 calls/hour).
+ Follow call scripts verbatim while delivering clear, professional communication.
+ Assist callers with understanding ballot items, how to submit votes, and how to update preferences.
+ Document call outcomes with high accuracy and follow internal workflow requirements.
+ Navigate multiple screens, applications, and Microsoft Office tools simultaneously.
+ Maintain professionalism with callers who may be frustrated, confused, or disengaged.
Required Qualifications
+ At least 1 year of contact center customer service experience (with adherence to metrics, QA, etc.).
+ At least 6 months of outbound calling experience within the last 24 months.
+ Clear, professional speaking voice with excellent phone etiquette.
+ Ability to read scripts, take notes, and navigate dual screens while on a call.
+ Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly structured environment with shifting priorities.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Must be able to commit to the full project duration (approx. April-July).
+ Ability to accept and apply direct feedback from trainers and supervisors.
Technical Requirements
Must own:
+ USB headset
+ Second computer monitor
Must have:
+ Hard‑wired internet capability
+ Physical residential address for equipment delivery (no PO Boxes)
+ Internet speed minimum: 100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload.
A company laptop will be provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
