• Solve customer inquiries via email using a CRM tool
• Triage seller needs based on their loan cycle to mitigate risk
• Answer questions regarding business documents or current loan information
• Maintain service level agreements for timely resolution of transactions
• Identify and document product bugs and follow up with cross-functional teams

• 1-3 years of professional experience with a financial institution or payment provider
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time-management abilities
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Docs, and overall PC skills

• SQL experience and familiarity with Mac Book
• Interest in implementing feedback and improving skills
• Enjoyment of working in a rapidly changing start-up environment
• Flexibility to manage multiple assignments independently
