• Experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or performance metrics
• Flexibility to work some weekends
