Vehicle Processing Clerk; Remote - Michigan

• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to complete vehicle repurchases
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
• Secure required documentation to expedite vehicle return processes
• Track and expedite case handling through documentation systems
• Meet required performance metrics while managing multiple cases simultaneously

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a relevant field
• Proficient multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work shifts within the center's operational hours, including a primary shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time
• Microsoft Office skills

• Previous experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or hotel setting
• Familiarity with remote work setups and technology requirements
