Inthisrole,you’llhandlebothinboundcalls,ensuringcallershavea seamlessexperiencewhileenteringtheirinformationintoourdatabase.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns
- Accurately enter information into our database
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement
Required virtual certification (10 days–6 weeks depending on program)
Performance-based continuation
Flexible scheduling after certification (within program guidelines)
Requirements- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
- Reliableinternetconnectionandaquietworkspace
- Basiccomputerskills(Microsoft Office proficiency)
- Abilitytoworkflexiblehours,includingeveningsandweekends(setyourownschedule)
