• Ensure case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation for vehicle returns
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
  
  Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and issues

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience, such as call center or retail
• Strong computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including a primary shift from 8 a.m.
  
  - 5 p.m. Eastern time
• Must have a reliable work environment and internet setup as specified

• Prior experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or an automotive dealership
• College degree in a relevant field
