You will support customers with reservations, cancellations, payments, refunds, and general inquiries while ensuring high-quality service in German and English.

Location:
Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,300 gross + bonuses
Schedule:
Rotational shifts (08:00–00:00), Mon–Fri + weekends
Training: 3 weeks (English)
Contract:
8 months
- German C1 / Native
- English B2+
- Good PC & communication skills
- Contact center experience is a plus
- Performance bonus up to 10%
- Ticket Restaurant up to €100
- Relocation support
- International experience with a global brand
