We are looking for professional and service-driven Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support for our partner client accounts. Contractors will engage with customers via phone, chat, and/or email, depending on program requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while assisting customers
- Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work
Technical Requirements
- Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not supported)
- High-speed internet connection (wired recommended)
- Headset
- Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
