Position: Remote Customer Success Liaison (Hospitality Tech)
As a Customer Success Liaison, you will work with hotel owners and travel agencies to help them maximize their use of our hospitality software. This is not just support; it is a relationship-building role focused on client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Lead virtual training sessions for new clients on how to use our platform.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities where clients could benefit from upgraded features or services.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and report user feedback to the Product Development team to influence software updates.
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting basic software issues before escalating to the engineering team.
- Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No Experience Needed. Full Training Provided
- Some Computer Knowledge
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track "Client Health" metrics.
