Job Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage designers' appointment calendars
- Greet visitors and provide assistance
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
- Perform general office duties and maintain working knowledge of computers
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
- Bilingual Spanish a must
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 40 – 48 hours per week
- 9‑hour shift
- Monday to Friday (7:00am–7:00pm)
- Rotating Saturdays
- Full time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
