Position Overview

We're growing our remote team and currently seeking enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us as Client Engagement Advisor. In this role, you'll be the connection point between clients and their travel plans helping ensure they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

You'll assist with organizing details, keeping communication clear, and helping clients stay on track as their travel plans come together. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible virtual environment.

No prior travel experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong connections with clients by understanding their travel interests and expectations
  • Help organize and manage trip details such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Keep clients updated on progress, confirmations, and next steps
  • Review available options and provide guidance using approved systems
  • Respond to questions and provide support via email, phone, and online messaging tools
  • Assist with updates or adjustments as plans evolve
  • Maintain organized records and communication logs within internal platforms
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing development sessions
