[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $25-hr + bonus / Comprehensive Medical-Dental-Vision / 401k matching / PTO - 30 total days / HSA-FSA / Educational Assistance Program - As a Member Experience Agent at Fetch Pet Insurance, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have;
Process policy changes, cancellations, and payments accurately and efficiently;
Educate policyholders on the benefits and coverage of their insurance plans;
Review and update policyholder information to ensure accuracy and completeness;
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience;
Promote and cross-sell additional insurance products to policyholders when appropriate
