About the Role

We're growing our virtual team and looking for individuals who enjoy delivering great service and staying organized behind the scenes. As a Client Experience Concierge, you'll assist travelers throughout their planning journey helping coordinate arrangements, share important updates, and ensure every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish.

This is a fully remote opportunity designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a flexible environment and enjoy supporting others. No prior travel experience is necessary—comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

• Connect with clients to understand trip goals, preferences, and timelines
• Assist with building and organizing travel plans, including lodging, transportation, and activities
• Research and compare options using approved systems and tools
• Keep clients informed with clear updates on bookings and next steps
• Respond to questions via email, phone, and secure messaging platforms
• Handle itinerary changes, updates, and follow-up requests
• Maintain accurate client records and planning notes
• Participate in onboarding and continuous development sessions
