Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Multilingual Customer Support Representative with relocation to Greece. This position is ideal for proactive and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in multiple languages and ready to relocate.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support in multiple languages through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information efficiently.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Participate actively in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes to increase satisfaction.
- Fluency in at least two languages, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and dedication to delivering excellent customer support.
