Aboutthe role
As a Customer Success Associate you are the frontline face of the company, demonstrating passion for helping customers maximize our retirement savings platform. You thrive on solving problems, are energized by challenges, and enjoy the reward of closing inquiries in one touchpoint.
What you will do every day- Manage a steady volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Identify the root of customer needs to resolve inquiries completely in a single touchpoint
- Document thorough notes for each case to capture context, actions, and next steps
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external partners to solve issues
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and manage follow‑ups as required
- Support other areas of the organization when needed and maintain performance standards
- 1+ years of customer‑facing experience (support, account management, call center) or comparable college experience
- Passion for serving customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication over phone, chat, and email with empathy
- Composure in high‑stress situations and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in a high‑noise, open‑office environment
- Located in our Lindon, Utah office Monday‑Thursday with remote work Friday
- Standard Monday‑Friday schedule, 40 hours/week, no weekends or evenings

CompensationBase salary ranges from $18–$20.50 per hour in the U.S., adjusted for location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and equity. Employees receive a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
