Are you fluent in Dutch and looking for a rewarding opportunity with a paid relocation to Greece? At Mercier Consultancy, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to join the team in Greece. This position offers a unique chance to enjoy the vibrant culture and beautiful surroundings of Greece while providing exceptional customer support.
Your Role:- Deliver customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Familiarize yourself with internal systems to support customers efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support
