Work schedule is 36.25 hours per week. All employees are eligible for a profit‑share bonus program, exceptional benefits and wellness programs, career development, flexible schedules, and full‑time hybrid arrangements with up to 2 days of remote work once trained.

Claim Service Specialists act as advocates for our customers. They talk directly with people who have recently experienced a loss, inspect the damage, and investigate all documentation to ensure each detail is recorded accurately and fairly. They thoroughly check claim case facts, determine coverage, liability, and reserves, and accurately report on each settlement. They negotiate settlements with individuals, attorneys, and other insurance carriers with poise and professionalism, prepare and maintain well‑written files, and keep teams updated on current claims.

Estimated annual salary range: approximately $49,010 ($26.00/hour) – $51,008 ($27.09/hour), based on a variety of factors including relevant skills and experience.
