TTEC is looking for a Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely from your home in California. In this role, you'll support consumers by engaging thoughtfully and helping resolve questions related to their healthcare benefits.
You will need at least 6 months of customer service experience and must be bilingual in English and Korean. The position offers a base hourly wage starting at $22.65 and a healthy benefits package, including PTO and tuition reimbursement.
