Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a remote Collections Specialist to support the Debt Recovery Americas team. Responsibilities include making calls and sending emails to collect outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and assisting with disputes. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, previous experience in credit control or customer service, and the ability to manage pressure. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 plus bonuses and excellent benefits, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
