About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing mortgage servicing team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls related to homeowners insurance inquiries and provide timely, accurate support to borrowers, agents, and financial institutions.

Schedule
  • Training (first 45 days):
    Fully onsite | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • After training:
    Hybrid | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday (full-time)
  • No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks of employment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 35-45 inbound calls per day (avg. 11-14 minutes per call)
  • Respond to inquiries related to homeowners insurance, payments, and coverage
  • Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
  • Research account information across multiple systems
  • Document and update customer interactions accurately
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
  • Follow internal processes and meet quality and performance standards
  • Occasionally follow up with customers via email
Day-to-Day Environment
  • Fast-paced call center setting with inbound call queue
  • Dual monitors, headset, and structured workflows
  • Strong team support, including live help hotline during calls
  • Collaborative team atmosphere
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of recent customer service experience (Call center or administrative/customer-facing office experience preferred)
  • Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Basic computer proficiency (Windows environment)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Reliable internet connection (required for hybrid/remote work)
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Basic computer literacy assessment (70% required to pass)
  • Typing test (35 WPM minimum)
Compensation & Incentives

In addition to hourly pay, employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to attendance, quality scores, and schedule adherence. Bonus tiers also impact hybrid/remote flexibility.
