Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated, fluent English and Spanish-speaking professional to join our Saint Peter agency. In this role, you will be the face of our customer experience, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with ease and clarity.

In addition to answering phones, you will be a problem-solver who resolves policy contingencies, identifies opportunities to protect clients through cross‑selling, and builds lasting relationships within our community. Salary Range: $25,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year (Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities)

• Bilingual Proficiency:
  Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Licensing:
  Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Customer Support:
  Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate policy information and resolving customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Policy Management:
  Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and contingency resolutions to ensure seamless coverage.
• Sales Support:
  Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or up‑sell products based on individual client needs.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
• Relationship Building:
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
