We’re Hiring:
Customer Success Specialist
Accelerated Automation is growing, and we’re creating a brand-new Customer Success role on our team!
This is a full‑time, remote position for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, comfortable with technology, and excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
This role is not a traditional SaaS customer success position, but we do now have software, technology tools, CRM workflows, automation services, and client‑facing systems that require ongoing customer support. This person will help make sure our clients have a smooth onboarding experience, receive clear communication, get help troubleshooting basic tech questions, and are introduced to additional services when they are a good fit.
Whatyou’ll help with
- Client onboarding and scheduling
- Customer follow‑up and relationship management
- Basic tech troubleshooting and support
- Helping clients get more value from our services
- Following up with past project customers
- Identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
- Supporting our internal team with organization, communication, and process improvement
$48,000 base salary + commission
The right person for this role will be proactive, detail‑oriented, tech‑comfortable, strong in communication, and excited to help shape a new department as we continue to grow.
This position can be in person/hybrid, or fully remote for the right applicant.
