Job SummaryIn this role you will provide customer service to a diverse group of beauty professionals, salons, and individual stylists, as well as internal stakeholders, using the latest technology to deliver outstanding experiences.
What You'll Do- Directly interact with customers to support them with order taking and resolution, create cases, and provide information within established standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Use strong customer‑service skills to provide value‑added services in a timely and accurate manner, creating moments that matter for our customers.
- Fluent oral and written English; fluent Spanish skills are preferred.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls, inquiries, and difficult issues with tact and professionalism.
- Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills, including communication with empathy.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills; good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within departmental protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and interest for all assigned tasks.
- Experience with Mosaic, Salesforce, SAP, or AWS is preferred.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software and data‑entry experience.
- Availability to work overtime when required.
