A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, NY. The candidate must live within a 2-hour radius and be on-site for the first day. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries with compassion and professionalism, and translating complex information into understandable terms.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred experience in customer service or call centers. Bilingual candidates in Spanish or French are especially encouraged to apply, with an additional pay rate for fluency.
