The role is for a remote Call Center Agent (Category: Call Center Operations) who will manage customer interactions via phone, email, and text for Shobha’s NYC and DC-area salons.
The position offers part‑time and full‑time shifts with varying hours.
- Deliver warm, personable service that leaves clients raving.
- Juggle high volumes of calls, emails, and texts with poise and precision.
- Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Share excitement about Shobha’s top‑tier services, products, and promotions.
- Answer questions and provide guidance on salon locations and offerings.
- Handle client concerns with care, documenting incidents and alerting managers when needed.
- Maintain communication excellence by following company guidelines.
- Ensure a distraction‑free, client‑ready workspace.
- Experience:
At least one year of full‑time (or two years part‑time) customer service or call‑center experience. - Tech Setup:
Reliable computer (desktop or laptop; Windows preferred, Mac acceptable), corded USB headset (no wireless), mobile telephone, wired or wireless mouse, and high‑speed broadband (25–50 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload). - Environment:
Dedicated, hazard‑free, noise‑free workspace. - Availability:
Part‑time – at least two days a week, including one weekend day; full‑time options also available. - Skills:
Professional, upbeat phone demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.

Compensation & SchedulePay Range: $15–16 per hour.
Shift Options:
