We are looking for experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls for diverse clients. The Setup (Mandatory)- OS:
Windows 11 ONLY. - Memory: 16 GB RAM minimum (Desktop or Laptop). No Chromebooks or Macs.
- Network:
Dedicated hardwired internet connection. - Gear:
Dual monitors and a noise‑canceling USB headset.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics to unlock rapid advancement.
- Enjoy the freedom of self‑scheduling (includes evenings and weekends).
Pay: $12–$15/hour + performance‑based increases.
Residency: Must reside in the U.S.
