Position: Hybrid Utah Customer Support Pro (In-Person Training)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Lindon, UT, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service. You will handle customer interactions across various channels, including email, phone, and live chat, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with order processing, troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to improve our customer service processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Representatives roles
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable
