Position: Remote Travel Itinerary Planner

Position Summary

We are expanding our virtual travel services team and are currently seeking organized, client-focused individuals to join us as Itinerary Coordination Specialists. In this remote role, you'll help travelers manage trip details, oversee itinerary organization, and assist with reservation coordination to help create a smooth and well-prepared travel experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and supporting clients in a flexible work-from-home environment. Whether you're experienced in customer support, administration, hospitality, or looking to build new skills, comprehensive training and ongoing support are included.

Core Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to review vacation preferences, schedules, and travel requests
  • Assist with coordinating hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research travel availability and compare options using approved supplier platforms and booking systems
  • Organize itinerary schedules, confirmations, and reservation records
  • Provide responsive assistance through phone, email, and online messaging channels
  • Support booking modifications, travel updates, and follow-up communication as needed
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and organized planning documentation within internal systems
  • Stay updated on destination news, supplier promotions, and travel industry updates
  • Attend virtual onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with email platforms, online tools, and basic computer systems
  • Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
