The Online Chat Representative is responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. The representative will handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
