Role Overview

Our growing remote coordination team is seeking customer-focused and detail-driven individuals to join us as Concierge Support Specialists. In this position, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel experiences, managing reservation details, and providing personalized support throughout the planning journey to help create seamless and well-organized trips.

This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and helping others in a flexible work-from-home setting. Backgrounds in customer care, hospitality, scheduling, administration, or support services are welcomed, though no prior travel experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided from the start.

Responsibilities
  • Assist travelers with vacation requests, travel preferences, and scheduling needs
  • Coordinate lodging, cruises, flights, transportation services, excursions, tours, and activity bookings
  • Research travel packages, destination options, and supplier availability using approved systems
  • Review itineraries, confirmations, and reservation details for accuracy and organization
  • Provide responsive client support through email, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Help manage booking changes, travel updates, and post-booking follow-up requests
  • Maintain organized client profiles and accurate records within internal platforms
  • Monitor supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel industry announcements
  • Participate in virtual onboarding programs, workshops, and continued learning opportunities
Candidate Qualifications
  • Strong communication and client support skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using online tools, email systems, and basic computer applications
  • Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
  • Adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new processes and systems
  • Interest in hospitality, customer experience, coordination, or travel-related services
  • Must be at least 18 years old
