This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Naples FL, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Professional Services Consultant specializing in Customer Support & Training, you will play a key role in helping clients optimize their use of the systems and solutions provided by On Target Services Group. Daily responsibilities include delivering customer support, resolving technical issues, conducting training sessions, and providing hands‑on assistance with the deployment and configuration of tools.

You will also collaborate with teams to refine service delivery processes and maintain a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

• Customer Support:
  Strong troubleshooting, issue resolution, and client communication skills
