Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and schedule virtual client appointments
  • Present benefit options to clients using a structured system over Zoom
  • Maintain accurate records and track daily activity
  • Participate in optional training sessions to improve performance
  • Assist with the application process and follow up on required documentation
  • Work closely with underwriting to help finalize approvals
