Position Overview
Are you interested in a remote role where you can assist clients while building experience in the travel services space? We're expanding our remote support team and currently welcoming applicants for the Virtual Client Support Consultant position.
In this role, you'll guide clients through travel planning steps, help organize reservation details, and provide assistance throughout the coordination process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing information carefully, and working from home with a flexible structure.
Prior travel industry experience is not required. Structured onboarding and ongoing guidance are provided to help you succeed.
Primary Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to identify trip preferences and planning goals
- Assist with organizing travel components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Review available booking selections through approved partner platforms
- Support confirmation of reservation details and itinerary accuracy
- Offer helpful destination-related suggestions when appropriate
- Respond to client questions using email, phone, and messaging channels
- Help manage itinerary updates and service-related adjustments
- Maintain accurate digital records for reservations and client interactions
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team updates
- Fully remote position with location flexibility
