Mercier Consultancy is looking for a proficient and motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to join our team. This (remote) position allows you to work from Greece while enjoying the lifestyle and culture of this beautiful country.
Your Role- Provide customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy
- Familiarize yourself with company systems to offer efficient support
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to remote work technologies and tools
- Motivation to live and work in Greece while contributing to our team
