Manpower Group is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for their Remote Call Center team. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and fluency in English plus one other language. Responsibilities include assisting New Yorkers with health plan enrollment and providing accurate information. This remote role operates in the Eastern Standard Time zone, offering flexible scheduling including weekends. 2+ years of Call Center experience is required along with a high school diploma.
Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour based on language skills.
