As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you’ll be the voice behind seamless order experiences, ensuring healthcare customers across the U.S. and Canada receive timely, accurate support. • Flexible part-time schedule (20–30 hours/week)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and order requests with professionalism
• Process orders via EDI, email, phone, fax, and Veeva systems
• Monitor daily order flow and coordinate with internal teams for delivery accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and FDA-related requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortable working across multiple order management systems (EDI, Veeva, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
