A client based in Nashville is seeking a Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional support during the busy season. This role is unique as it focuses on resolving customer needs without scripts or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of call center experience and must be adaptable to varying tasks. There is also an option to work remotely provided the individual supplies their own laptop and headset.
