As a Customer Agent, you will assist our German-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and provide support to ensure their experiences are unforgettable.

• Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions about bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience
• Stay updated on  policies, promotions, and travel trends to provide accurate and valuable information to clients

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting
• Familiarity with booking systems, travel products, and CRM software is advantageous
• Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools
• A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
