- Call consumers to secure payment on past‑due accounts. Each call is unique—never boring.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High‑speed internet connection required
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer‑service aptitude
- Ability to problem‑solve and multitask
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
- Ability to communicate accurately over the phone
- Normal corrective vision; ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation
Position Requirements
- Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial‑up)
- Hard‑wired connection required (no Wi‑Fi or Wi‑Fi hotspots)
- Speed test: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
