Title: Entry Level Travel Coordinator – Work From Home

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by researching destinations, preparing travel quotes, and organizing itineraries for vacations, weekend getaways, and special trips. You’ll assist with coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, and activities while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, communication, and helping others create memorable travel experiences—all from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research travel options including resorts, hotels, flights, cruises, and excursions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and detailed travel itineraries for client approval
  • Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide updates, and answer general questions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and special requests
  • Maintain accurate client information, booking details, and records
  • Deliver prompt, professional service to support positive travel experiences
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
