Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Hourly wage ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour for a 40‑hour week. This role is wireless customer service, handling inbound calls to assist customers with their wireless accounts and upselling when appropriate.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills; ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Sales‑focused mindset with proven ability to sell and upsell products/services.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a call‑center virtual setting.
• Available for 12 weeks of paid training; consistent 8‑hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00 AM – 01:00 AM CST.
• Available to work 8‑hour shifts any day, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00 AM – 01:00 AM CST.
• Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or high school diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Must live in one of the following states:
  Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas.

• Cable or fiber Internet service only (dial‑up, DSL, satellite and cellular are not acceptable).
• Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Ping rate of less than 100 ms.
• A private workspace with desk and chair; surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics) must not be heard during working hours.
• Ability to be on webcam during working hours.
