Position: German Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated German Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department. In this pivotal role, you will assist our German-speaking clients in optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they have the tools and guidance necessary for seamless transactions and enhanced customer experience.

Your role will involve providing tailored support, consulting with clients to understand their specific needs, and offering effective solutions to help them overcome any challenges they face. By delivering exemplary service, you will help build trust and foster long-lasting relationships within the client base.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to German-speaking clients with their online payment questions and challenges
  • Conduct training sessions on the functionalities of payment systems and best practices
  • Efficiently resolve any issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions and support activities
  • Work alongside colleagues to address complex client issues and develop robust solutions
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance service offerings and better meet client needs
  • Stay informed of industry developments and advancements in online payment technologies
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction
  • A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to quality support
  • Basic familiarity with online payment systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client support
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
